The MARS-2622-4GM-P NIR ETR is a compact industrial-grade near-infrared (NIR) sensor module designed for precision detection in challenging environments. Featuring the MARS-2622 NIR Module core, this NIR ETR 4G Sensor supports 4G LTE cellular connectivity for remote data transmission across IoT networks. It integrates 4 analog inputs (4-20mA/0-10V) and 2 relay outputs, enabling direct control of connected actuators or alarms. The device operates on 12-24V DC with a wide temperature tolerance (-20°C to +60°C), suitable for oil/gas, chemical, and agricultural applications. Its advanced NIR optics achieve up to 10-meter detection distance with ±2mm accuracy, optimized for material composition analysis and quality control. Key advantages include rugged IP67 housing, low-power operation (typ. 3W), and simultaneous support for Modbus RTU/TCP protocols.
